- SWLs must heard 3 or more QSOs (sri but to mni open (detailed) log books)

- EU direct requests:  1EUR (coin) or 1IRC 

- outside Europe:  >=3US$ or 2EUR (coin) or 1IRC ("only" 2$ will no longer accepted, sri)

        I prefer the IRC for direct QSLing. 

It's good idea to send 1IRC+1US$ this helps to cover the postage(IRC) and reduce the QSLprint costs(US$).
